STATUS UPDATE: It's been a rather tumultuous past five days here in the design studio. Between pushed up client deadlines and the usual Christmas hubbub, my poor Mom also got hit by a nasty bug she still hasn't recovered from. And let's face it, when if it's a bad enough bug to take Mom down, it must be pretty bad. It's just plain being a decent son to help out at a time like that. Mom's a fighter though, and hopefully she'll be back in charge in a few days... after all, Christmas waits for no man or woman! It's coming up quick and hopefully you friends out there are prepped for it. Weatherman says it may even be a white Christmas, which would be nice considering the grey and rainy days we've been having here in Cincinnati. It's been a rough week and we could all use some more Christmas cheer.
Speaking of that Christmas cheer, I'm beat folks. It's nigh on 4AM as I write this and in an effort to bring you the five beauteous designs above, I haven't drummed up an ounce of fun yuletide paraphernalia. You'll have to run on the designs alone folks! Though it shouldn't be too hard I hope, as December 16th and 18th are two stand-out works if I do say so myself. Mmm, gingerbread cookies. And not that gin'd up construction kit gingerbread either, that cardboard "ain't fit for for man nor beast!" I'm talking about fresh gingerbread like Grandma makes. Heck, eating a cookie like that, while watching a quiet winter scene out your window (like the 18th's illustration) and I'd say you got enough Christmas cheer for a whole season! Makes me happy just thinking about it.
